How it works
How a request reaches you, what stays yours, and how a first request becomes an agreed treatment plan.
How requests reach you
Someone asks
An adult describes in their own words what they want to change. Asking costs them nothing.
You read it
You read the request before anything is booked, and you only see requests for conditions you are approved for.
You decide
You offer a first video appointment, ask a question first or decline.
They choose
The person sees your name, profession and introduction, and books a time you offered.
Each request goes to up to two therapists at a time whose approved scope fits it and who have appointment times open. If both offer, the person chooses one and the other offer closes.
What stays yours
- You choose
- Nothing is booked until you decide. Offer a first appointment, ask a question first or decline.
- Your own hours
- You add the times you can offer, and people book only into those times.
- One calendar
- Every condition you work in shares one calendar, so a time can never be booked twice.
- Pause any time
- Stop new requests whenever you need to. Booked appointments stay in place.

From first request to an agreed plan
A first appointment by video
You talk through what the person wants to change and how you would approach it. Assessment is part of that conversation, and treatment can start in the same session if it suits you both.
A plan you propose
After the first appointment you can propose a treatment plan. The person reviews it and agrees it in their workspace, and any change needs their agreement again.
Each appointment booked separately
Further appointments go into the times you offer. The workspace keeps the plan, appointments and the person's reflections together.
Questions therapists ask
Do I choose which requests to take?
Yes. You read each request and decide whether to offer a first appointment, ask a question first or decline. Nothing is booked until you choose.
Can I work across more than one condition?
Yes. A reviewer approves your scope for each condition separately. One account and one calendar cover every condition you are approved for.
How will I know a request has arrived?
Sign in to see new requests. The workspace does not send email alerts yet.
