The workspace
Everything you need to take a request from first read to an agreed plan, across every condition you work in. Every screen here shows made-up details.
Requests
Each one in the person's words, with their region and rough availability. Contact details are held separately.

Calendar
The times you offer and the appointments booked into them, across every condition, with a switch to pause new requests.

- Questions
- Ask the person something about their request and decide once they answer.
- Treatment plans
- You propose the plan after the first appointment, and the person agrees it in their workspace.
- Your scope
- The conditions you are approved for, with the conditions a reviewer set.
Try a decision
I avoid lifts and motorway driving, and I want to be able to drive to work again.
A made-up example, written the way people write their requests.
Questions therapists ask
How will I know a request has arrived?
Sign in to see new requests. The workspace does not send email alerts yet.
Is the video built in?
Not yet. The workspace books the appointment and shows it to you both. We agree with you how the video call is held before your first appointment.
How is data handled?
Rephobia Limited is the data controller under the UK GDPR, and the EU GDPR for people in Ireland. You see the person's request summary, region and rough availability, and their contact details are held separately. The workspace keeps requests, your questions and offers, appointments and attendance, the treatment plans people agree and the reflections they write after a session. It keeps no clinical notes, and no information about the person is sent to a generative AI model. You keep your own clinical records outside the workspace, under your professional obligations.
